Aside from brightness, price and projection color, what are the other differences between the two? Pros and cons (like is it true that 8000K are not practical because the beams reflect when raining)?. thanks.

  1. The higher the temperature once you pass 5,000k, the less usable light, the more dangerous it becomes on the highway at night.

    5,000 k approx 3,200 lumens

    6,000 k approx 2,800 lumens

    8,000 k approx 2,550 lumens

    10,000 k approx 2,200 lumens

    12,000 k approx 2,100 lumens

  2. 6000K has an approximately 2900lm output, which is 3x more the output of the traditional halogen light and slightly less light output compared to the 4700K. Although it has a bit lesser light output, it emits pure whiter light with a slight tint of blue.

8000K has an approximately 2500lm out put, which is about 3x the light output of the traditional halogen light and slightly less light output compared to the 6000K. While it has a bit lesser light output, it emits bluer light than the 6000K.
