Greetings. What are the differences between the Mercedes-Benz S Class & Mercedes-Benz CL Class besides the styling and price?

The difference is the exterior is: the cl class  has 2 doors and different body styling then the S class,and there is no difference of the interior of CL and S class,both interior  are the same.and of course the price is different. thats all...

Practically speaking, the difference is that the S-class is a large sports sedan that's very expensive (even for Mercedes) and focuses more on luxury over power, although it is sportier than an E-class.

The CL-class is much more of a sporty car than the S-class, in addition to costing much less. It will, however, have many less luxury features.
