Differences between Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby

I already know the different teams, groudon / kyogre and everything. What I want to know is exactly which pokemon can't be caught in Ruby but can be caught in Sapphire and the other way around.

Ruby: Groudon, Mawile, Nuzleaf, Seedot, Solrock, Zangoose.

Sapphire:  Kyogre, Lombre, Lotad, Lunatone, Sableye,

Seviper.

well yea you know most of it but on my sapphire or ruby i dont remember i think you can get lunatone in saphirre and solrock in ruby well thats all sorry(i sold em all but will buy em again because pokemon rocks!)
