Differences between USA parts and JAPAN parts?

i'm trying to order a part for my car. its a right view side passenger mirror for a 92 camry. on ebay they have parts and says its for parts built in japan. does it make a difference? i tried emailing them and asking them but they haven't responded yet

All the parts made for Toyotas are made in Japan, they are just assembled here (mainly in newer models). If it's made in America, it will probably be an aftermarket part made by a 3rd party company so it may not work as well as the original Toyota part.

us parts are made by a bunch of idiots.. Only simple machines can be made and used efficativly in the us. and there made by a bunch of illegal immagrants...

You won't have US parts, regardless. So, your question is rather pointless.
