Differences between haircuts in countries?

I live in Bangkok, Thailand. I was wondering...why haircuts in Bangkok costs about 1 to 7 USDollars max. here but in other countries is different? Is it a labor wage? .......................................

I cut my hair in bkk for 2 dollars us  , but cutting my hair in sweden cost me 6 dollars us . This could show the big gab of service cost.

Our living cost is lower than many countries, especially US and European.

Not just the hair cut cost cheaper, everything is cheaper. (Except import stuffs)

Labor wage is also the case.

But in case you want to know, we also have some expensive hair salon,

which cost you 15-20 USD for haircut.

(Still not very expensive, right?)
