  1. There are all kinds of minor differences.

    For example, in the menus you change page setting under the Format menu in OpenOffice.org Writer and under the File menu in Microsoft Word.

    Styles are handled differently in the two products.

    OpenOffice.org lacks an outline mode which some MS Word users feel is essential (and others don’t care much about). It also lacks a grammar checker, also a feature that many Word users don’t want particularly, in part because the grammar checker is rather inflexible, but which is likely to be essential for some users, especially recent immigrants or anyone who does not know the base language in MS Office.

  2. There's realy nothing Open Word dose that Word dosen't

    It's just open source that's all
