Differences while switching to vegan?

recently swiched to vegan for meat eating. wondering if you noticed any changes. thanks in advance

  1. I noticed a lot of things. My skin tone and complexion have cleared (no more adult acne). I have lost 25lbs, so far, in 3 months. I have much more energy. I enjoy eating & cooking more than I used to. Always looking for new foods/recipes. My tastes have changed, I actually CrAvE salad (I eat one every day). People are noticing too, someone told me that my eyes are clearer & brighter... And people I barely know keep stopping me to ask me if I've been losing weight...I tell them yes, and thanks for noticing!


  2. yes ...there are many changes that take place... first of all you may become a calm guy..with happy and silent mood. then you will feel lighter for your body....your stomach will be lighter and you may feel the need to explore new recipes. your body will need more calcium and better products that include important nutrients for your body. and you may feel more tired if you are doing hard works like body building. your fatness will vanish...if you have   lol
