Different Prices of Handles?

what are some cheap handles we could get for a party that are still decent??

how much are handles of captain morgan and vodka and stuff?

If by "handles" you mean 1.75 liter bottles, don't worry about it. Get what's cheap. Once you start mixing, and especially after you start DRINKING, you won't be able to tell the difference. The only noticeable difference is when you're shooting it straight. So you may want to spend more for a better bottle of tequila, but save your money on vodka and rum.

A 1.75ltr of Captain Morgan usually runs about $25,  but can be found on sale for less.  Many name brand spirits will run from $15 to $30 depending on the brand and style.  bargan or store brands can start as low as $10.    I would try to find a Bev Mo store, or check the adds in the sunday paper,  they often list sales in the drug and grocery store adds.

Some states only sell Spirits in state run liqour stores, they many have very different prices.

Honestly, unless you're drinking it straight, just stick with Captain Morgan and Smirnoff or thereabouts. Captain is about $30 for a 1.75. I don't know about Smirnoff, but it should be cheaper.
