Different Types of Biomes?

Question

So I was wondering if you would consider these biomes DIFFERENT biomes, or the same biomes, just different types:

pond

river

lake

ocean/marine

forrest

intertidal zone

some would say that a lake and pond are under the same biome because they have some similar characteristics

To me, they all sound different, although they might have a few similar characteristics. However, they all differ so I'd say they are all different because even though they may have similarities, but they may contain a different community of plants, or organism compared to the others. In my way of saying,they are different.
