  1. La Savate -- very big in the "looks cool" category!

Judo doesn't look as cool -- but you don't have to be able to do hand-stands!

  2. wrestling sounds like your game. Good Luck

  3. Japanese Jiu-jitsu.

    Best wishes :)***

  4. hung gar it covers all three ranges. from  kicking to punching to ground fighting

  5. I would suggest Brazillian JuiJuitsu.  This will give you the ground work your looking for.  Requires good leg and core strength for takedowns, guard manipulation an sweeps as well as submissions for arm locks, gogaplatas, and leg locks.

As for looking cool, unless your looking for just flashy and not really usable (Tae Kwon Do), then being able to take someone much stronger than you, pull guard, quickly slap on a triangle choke and make them tap has got to be pretty high up there.  =D

  6. Well, there's Ninjutsu (leg strength and superior footwork is very important), Brazilian Jujitsu, Hapkido (Tae Kwon Do style kicks with some grappling), Muay Thai (leg strength helps but there is no ground work), Tae Kwon Do (again, leg strength helps but there is no ground work), Kuntaw (some standup fighting and some ground fighting). The best one for you might be Judo. Leg strength helps a lot, there is ground work, and it looks really cool.

  7. " Bujinkan Ninja" has givin a great answer to your question.

In my honest opinion. You should enroll into a gym that teachers MMA (mixed martial arts). They will teach you just about any fighting style, and not only is it cool...but it could probably save your life one day.

  8. BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU, JIU JITSU
