What are the different types of women's snowboard boots. I just bought a Burton Feather Snowboard and am looking for good boots and bindings. I went snowboarding a couple years ago and the boot squeezed the lower front of my shins and they were so tender/sore to the touch. I know this is expected when you first snowboard but I want to know if there is a more comfortable boot/something that isn't quite as stiff. I don't have very big legs/ I'm a runner so something that fits appropriately. Anyways, thanks for any help. I

  1. Since you have a Burton board now. Look at Burton boots and bindings. Last time, I think you may have laced the boots too tight. I tend to do that myself. Also, Burton makes beginner boots that are softer and less stiff like Casa Boots.

    Hope this helps.

  2. Having a Burton board is no reason to get Burton boots.  That is silly.

There are lots of good brands out there, so don't limit your search to only Burton boots.

That being said, Burton does make great women's boots.  They have put a lot of money and time into developing their line to be specific to a female's anatomy.  They also have a great two zone lacing system.  I ride Burton Irocs, and love them.
