Different ways of schooling?

ok so my sisters 13 turning 14 all her life shes had trouble going to school she get anchious we home schoold here for awhile [my mum did] and she was good with that but then my dad died and mum had to work i had to got to school and work so my sister had to go to school so mum decided to send her to a private school cause she could get more help there but it got to the point where she was having to force her to go and then the teachers made it worse by forcing her to go to class we need a way of schooling her at home but yeah you could say thats simple just home school her we cant cause im only 13 and mum has to work or we have no money for food or clothes mum cant go on a benifet here in au my sister is not nauty she has depppression anxiety asd and gets suicidal and has a hard time with kids but has good friends could you please help me find a way like a home school with tutors or anything im searching the web now but please help me and my mum and sister realy need your help thanks
