Different ways to bulk up?

a spin-off from my last question....so i am using that whey protein shakes and like if theres any other things i can use to get bigger i would like to know....shakes,drinks,etc....

  1. the most important things to build a strong body are

    1- perfect program ,it depends in the gym facilities + take one day off after three days working

    2-sleep early maximum at 11, staying up not a good idea

    3-five meals aday, breakfast +protein meal at 11 am(or after working out)+launch+afternoon meal(fruits,juices, omelet,etc)+ dinner.

    4-you have to take amino and creatin,take the pure ones

    drink creatin 15 minutes before working out with banana and don't forget take amino after the working out

    5-don't ever take mass protein,just the whey one, and the best time to take it just after you finish the gym.

    6-never ever think to take hormones,asteroids etc,otherwise you'll haveseriouss problems

    7-go on for 4 months you'll see the difference

  3. If this is a baseball question you don't want to build bulk. You want to build strength and stamina in the areas that you need them, specific to the task at hand.

  4. Chicken (4 oz = 23 grms), Tuna(1 can =10grms), Peanuts( just a hand full of them= 7grms), Milk(2cups = 16grms), Cottage Cheese(1/4 cups = 12 grms), Oatmeal (1 cup = 10grms) anything that has more than 5 grms of protein is good just remember 1grm (or more)of protein for your body weight body weight
