  1. I like your pic....

  2. Pitching Wedge - 45-50°

Using a full swing you can hit between 80-130yards which then "bites" with no roll or very little.

Chipping with the Pitching Wedge and produce a short 25-40yard lob or approach shot.

Using the putting motion the club can life over rough or fringe and then run true like a putter would.

Sand Wedge - 55-56° (most common)

As the name goes, it is most often used in the sand. Although it is useful in lies such as thich rough or wet ground.

It can also be used on firmer grass when the ball needs to be lobbed or chipped onto the green.

This club can produce enough loft to get the ball in the air when you don't have much green to work with or need to get over something quickly

    Gap Wedge - 55-56°

It is now popular for golfers to carry a wedge in the 50 - 54 degree range to fill the gap; these are typically referred to as a "gap wedge".

Can be used the same as a sand wedge and pitching wedge.

Useful if you want to take a full swing but are stuck between a PW and a SW
