  1. MORE INFO NEEDED...

    Bio Filters ????     - for air odor control

    Sand Filters ???? - for water treatment

    Open  - usually no top to confine and direct the effluent.  For water this would be a gravity/trickel filtration at a low flow rate.

    Closed - effluent of filter is contained and directed by the housing or cover. For water this is a filter contained in a pressure vessel with a pressurized feed and effluent at a higher flow rate.


  2. You need more detail in your question.  Beds of what?  Beds for what?   Do you mean gardens or hospitals?  Or something else?
