lnx X 2e^x + e^x X 1/x just simplyify i believe... and thats your answer

diff of ln = 1/x

diff on e^x is e^x

f(x) = [ln(x)]^2*e^x

f '(x) = (2ln(x)e^x)/x + [ln(x)]^2*e^x
