Difficult stain on book!! (pic!)?

This is my friends book i borrowed I have no clue how I got this stain on there, Its either crayon or eyeliner. I need to get it off ASAP!!!! please help would be MUCH appreciated. sooo much. here are the pics:

Get a brown paper bag and lay it over the stain.  Heat your household iron up to a cotton setting and press the iron to the paper bag.  You want to heat the spot up and liquify it and the paperbag will absorb  the stain.

You can try using a simple mix of water and vinegar. Just blot don't rub. It will break up the oily base of either the liner or crayon! Good luck, and Hope you get it out soon!

Try dabbing it with a soft ctoth and nail polish remover. Do not rub it around just try holding it on spot and go from there.
