Difficulties Inviting people to join User Group?

Question

I have the most difficult time finding the website User Group Home Page (with the details about the Group) that has the button to click called "JOIN THIS GROUP". I want to forward the HOME page with the button on it (and a picture), and not the page that already has me logged in. The page that we are supposed to use called INVITE does not send the HOME page -- only words, so its not very-- ummm INVITING to join the group. Please advise!

click that above link, locate the group in question. or in individual mail, at the bottom with traditional setting, there's a link ' Visit Your Group' when you're on that home page, and copy the link that's in your browser, and paste it to mail. when a non member clicks it, they'll see the Join This Group! tab.

if you have a closed group- forwarding or sending this link will not ever work. it will only work with open or restricted groups
