Difficulty defecating?

I cant defecate properly because I don't feel the urge to release it even though my stomach feels uncomfortable. Often times I have to wait for a long time in the washroom before I can release all of them or like 30-60 minutes after I defecate I feel the urge again which means I probably wasn't able to release everything right away By the way my stool is usually soft but sometimes its mixed. I release hard stool then soft and then liquid. Please help!

  2. You will get what is known as "IMPACTED BOWELS".

The INconsistency of your stool indicates that your stool is impacted already, with a small opening in the center which normal p**p is passing through!  The longer you 'let it go', the farther up your body the impaction will go---and soon the hole will CLOSE and NOTHING will be able to leave your body...and your 'discomfort' will turn to OUT & OUT PAIN... the kind you'll have to call 911 for!  I SAY the TRUTH!

To get elimination and get it NOW...and to begin to feel an URGE:

Go buy a bottle of "MIRAlax" (about $20)...and a bottle of "CITRUCEL" (About $13)...  (ouch! $$$$)...Take a whole capful of the MIRAlax at bedtime, and IN THE MORNING take 2 tablets of the Citrucel (do NOT take these at night---because you need to drink lots of water with them & if you take them at night, these could cause you FURTHER IMPACTION!!...Regarding the cost? it's better than lost pay for time off and for medical bills isn't it?

The Miralax says not to take over a week....NONSENSE!  Just do it with your primary care doctor's knowledge; so they can followup your progress.  I've been taking those 2 for over a year now...and it's the only way I can have normal elimination.  Oh, & BTW, I have a normal one about every 3 to 4 days.  Some people say that's not normal...& it should be every SINGLE day....well, I think everyone's different...and a normal one that's soft, that I feel an urge to have, is better than none at all and having tummy cramps and hemmoroids!

STAY ON IT! SPEND THE MONEY & GET REGULAR...Do you have any idea how many TOXINS are in your p**p?  & if you don't eliminate them regularly, you will get all sorts of sick!

  4. I would check with your doctor.  These could be symptoms of a disorder.
