Digatal camera lens are stuck ! plz help!?

i have a digatal camera a casio exilim zoom i bought it this may . i have the reciept i bought it form an office deppot i have most info but since my little brother made me drop the camera the lens got stuck . now all u can do is look at photos and hear a beeeping noise . willl the warranty cover it or can they fix it if i send it back!

if so how much willl it cost thank u!

if u took their extended warranty plan ( from office  depot) they'll replace it if not i don't think the manufacturs waranty will do it ( fix it) !

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension.  Or the battery ran down with the lens extended ...

Here's some things that you can do to try to correct it. They only seem to work for less than 50% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty, they're worth a try:
