Digestive enzymes in supplements?

Question

Are digestive enzymes like protease, lipase, amylase active in the stomach or intestine.

So, in a vitamin supplement also had enzymes formulated into it would they actually do anything?

Pancreatin is a mixture of pancreatic enzymes that is for people who have digestion problem. The pancreatic enzymes do not work in the stomach, because the pH is very low there. They begin to work when they reach the small intestine. They are probably formulated in a capsule which protects them from the stomach acid.
