Digimate DGL32 LT32C2P1 completely dead

I have a Digimate DGL32 LT32C2P1 that is completely dead.For a little while the indicator light on front was red and it slowly died .Now nothing.It has gone into repair shop in Vancouver .They said no parts are available.Stephen
