Digimon world 3 - Missed out on digivolve? & DDNA?

Hi,

got a couple of questions

On Digimon world 2003, (It's just called '3' in USA but I think they're the same) I have a gallantmon lvl 82 with a wind stat of 349.

To unlock exveemon for your guilmon you need Gallantmon at level 20 with wind stat of 300. I have obviously missed out of that oppotunity at the time, but now, Is there any way to unlock exveemon for him now, as He has passed the Right level?

Also, On digimon 2003 After you beat gallacticmon, you get to keep playing but only in the East and central sector. Is it possible to get any more DDNA at this point? or have i missed out on that too
