Digital CAMERA , Which one ?

Which digital camera is best in the price range of Rs.8000/ to Rs.10000/ ? I want it for general use. What I want is user friendly ,good zoom result and good result at night in low light condition.

ok I got my fujifilm S700b about 10 months ago from newegg and for the price u can't go wrong. i'm new to them but i keep pluging away at using it. mine when't on sale the morning that i ordered it. so the cost was $190.00 and change. now if i can get this and my printer to work with linux I will install it on another maching.

Any Branded ones with 7 to 8 megapixel with 5x Optical zoom.

Be sure to check that its Optical zoom is more not the digital.
