  1. Most likely, your best bet for a non Digital SLR camera is still the CANON or Lumix Panasonic Digital Cameras.

Fujifilm and especially a camera like the CANON Powershot A720 can do Optical Zoom in upwards of 8 or 10 Megapixels, without any extra tear or physical problems with the picture quality. Each camera is designed to be weather resistant, and operate the best in unorthodox weather conditions.

Each non Digital SLR camera which can physically do the job, is tested rigorously for a wide range of activities involving the stabilization of the picture's quality. Optically stabilized non-SLR cameras can still zoom in much quicker, with at least comparable resolution. They work well in most circumstances when it comes to doing a large load of work, especially if there is an extra need for camera connectivity.

The LCD Viewfinder must also be at least 2 inches or larger, on nearly every Digital Camera to make a profound difference. It is rare to get this combination in cameras today, but the CANON Powershot, the Panasonic Lumix, the Fujifilm as well as some types of JVC brands do carry this feature.

Always ask how often you will be using the camera, what type of viewfinder you are looking for, and what kind of printer you will be needing to use especially for the appropriate cost. Then from there, it is naturally simple to select the optimal type of camera.

And if all else fails, ask a certified photo editor for advice.

  2. Here is the deal with the printers. In my mind they are not worth buying. Your prints each cost atleast .25-.35. A store can print them for like .15. And they are a bettor quality! The stores will often run specials like any camera on this page and get a free printer. The printer makers are practicaly giving there printers away becouse they make there money on ink and paper.

So if still must have a printer look for sales. Otherwise forget the printer and go look at the Canon A-590. Has everything you want and then some. Buy 4AA rechargeable batteries, charger and a 1GB SD card and you are at about $200. Like I said the printers are a waste of money in my opinion. Many stores have 1 hour service.
