Digital Camera With Best Video Quality?

I am not looking for anything in specific, i wasn a camera with great vdieo quality and under 300 dollars if possible. I want to take videos for youtube but my mom will pay for part of it if she can use it for taking pictures.

Ok so basically I want a camera or camcorder under 300, that takes great videos but can take pictures as well. Thank you in advance.
