I have a Canon powershot SD750 and I never know when the battery is low until is starts flashing and then dies in a few seconds after. This is really annoying because I never know when it's low =(

I cant find my manual so I don't know how to check. Any ideas? thanks!

  1. The SD750 does not have a battery level indicator. As you already know, you only get a low level warning, that's all.

So, it's up to you to make sure you always have adequate battery power. You can charge the battery anytime. You don't have to wait for it to run out completely.

I suggest you always give the battery a top up charge before you need to use the camera for the day. If you do that, then you are less likely to run out of power.

But, remember that using the flash and movie mode will consume battery power quicker.

btw...when your battery is fully charged it will allow up to 210 shots. And, it only takes approx. 1 hour 30 minutes to fully charge it (less if it's partially charged).

  2. You can have a look at your camera lcd screen, there is a little battery icon on it. when it is full, the battery power is full, when it goes low, the battery goes dead.
