  1. moms dont do technology

  2. My Mom's 78 years old and she did okay with a digital camera. But one thing I did for her that you may also wish to do for your mom -- is write out a couple of tips on how to use the camera, how to download photos to her computer, and how to view pictures on the camera. I put each of these tips on a separate notecard that she keeps with her camera and computer to help her remember how to use it. Also, each time I see her I ask her how its going and if there is anything about the camera that she would like a little refresher lesson on.

  3. I would recommend Canon SD1100.

    - 8 megapixels

    - image stabilization

    - 3x zoom

    - 2.5" LCD

  4. Aww, that is nice :)....you should think of presenting her with the Sony Cybershot line....for your price range, you would have to get 7.2 megapixels with 3x optical zoom. It's a great camera and very easy to use...and looks pretty nice to with a wide variety of colours.

  5. The canon A-590 would be a nice choice as well. The important thing is to take the time to show her how to take good pictures. Show her how the flash works and how to use the zoom and the macro function.

Woman love to take pictures of flowers.
