Ok well my birthdays coming up (july 6th) and i really want a Piano, i go to a arts school, where we have digital piano labs and we creat our own music, but since schools over i cant ask my lab teacher about which pianos best fro me to buy, so my question is which digital pianos do you suggest,

Important facts -

needs to be in good price range, (possibly under 200 dollers u guess)

I Like to write my own music, and sing,

plus i would like if the piano had different settings, like drum beats or acoustic settings lol =D

thanks

  1. I have a Yamaha Clavinova CVP-309 and its great also a Roland EM-15, and Yamaha PSR-S900. I'm guessing you want a keyboard-style digital piano. well, under $200 you don't really have a choice. Try looking for the brands Casio, Roland, and Yamaha. If you write your own music if would be helpful to have a midi input/output setting on the keyboard, so you can plug it into a computer if you need to (I do this all the time) and with a program like Sibelius, Finale, or Musicator and you can record your songs. Anyway, go to the websites of those brands and check them out. And also if you're able to go to a music store, go there and speak to the people there
