Digital Tv Aerial advice?

I want to get a digital aerial in my room so i can get freeview. At the minute i'm just using an aerial that plugs into the back of my tv and sits on the top of the tv. I have a digital aerial in my loft, but theres no socket to my bedroom.

Is it possible just to buy a digital aerial that can just sit on the top of my tv, or plug into the back of it? I really just want the simpliest way to get digital tv, without having to use the large antenna in my loft.

I know they have them here in the States, but I'm not sure if they do in the UK. But my guess would be yes they do have them.
