Easy Web Video is the best video editing software as far as streaming videos are concerned. It has custom modules for web video production, footage transfer, editing and compression (video to flash).

I use it regularly on web based projects -- It integrates seamlessly with webcams / camcorders and its feature-rich work environment is a joy to work with. The interface is the easiest to master for both novices and advanced users and the results are high quality. What more could a web master ask for :)

imovie has outstanding web support allowing almost all formats available from HD to web.

final cut pro will do literally EVERYTHING that you need but it's more expensive and has a huge learning curve.
