Digital binoculars camera?

when i plug it(the binoculars) in the computer it trys to setup but then it says that there was a problem and that you should go to the manufacters website but there is bo website i can go to. when i read the box it said " system requirements windows 98/98SE/2000/ME/XP" but i have windows vista is there anyway i can get the binoculars to work? thanx

  1. It would help if you gave the manufacturer name and the model number of the binoculars.

    My guess is that it is lacking the software or drivers to connect the binoculars to your computer. Since the system requirements don't mention Vista then it was probably made before Vista came out and so there aren't drivers for it. Check the manufacturers web page to see if they have drivers available for download.


  2. Vista is suppose to backward compatible. However, that is not always the case.

    Is there a CD-ROM/DVD came w/ the Binoculars? If there is, try to install it and see whether it will fix your problem.

    If not, you might have to get one of your friend who really know computer to walk you through the process because you might have to install the camera as a generic mass storage device.
