Digital box converter??

Can any one please inform me why some converters cost more than others? i mean dont they get the same channels

They all get the same channels, but some may have more advanced connections than others. Other boxes may look fancier than others, too. That is why some may be more expensive than others, because of the features of the digital box.

I think one is the same as the outher, i throught most people would have done away with the old roof top antennas by now.

All the cabel tv companies have the signal filtered to work even on an older tv.
