Digital camera. i need answers.?

If its just for everyday use its fine.  I have a Kodak that only take pictures up to 6.1 mp and the pictures (if you don't reduce the size) are larger than I will EVER need.  I think it takes pictures up to 20X24.  The largest I have ever done is a 10X12.  I think companies are trying to convince us that we need more and more and the reality is we don't.  Professionals do, but we don't.  I love mine and have had it a year and a half.  Just make sure that any camera you get Works with your Operating system and any new operating system (as you may get it or another computer later and don't want your camera to no longer work).
