Digital camera problems ?

i have a hp photo smart 635 digital camera and the lens is stuck in the on position and will not turn on or off.

replace the battery with a fully charged or new ones, or use the direct power to turn it on/off.

If that doesn't work, try to shake it a bit, see if it is because of a loose connection.

Take the battery out.

and put it back in.

now turn on and offf.
