Hi , i just bought a normal 8.0 megapixel " No Brand Name" camera from Ebay and it seems to work very well but there are some things i dont understand.

What is this even for "Frequency settings" 50 or 60 hz ?

Exposure settings range from +30 to -30 ?I have'nt a clue when to change these settings i wander what the normal setting would be?

Thanx in advance for your help i will pick a best answer,i allways do.

  1. The 50/60 are line frequency of power, Canada/ USA. The +30 to -30 might be +3.0 to -3.0 f stops or E.V.'s.

  2. Use your exposure settings if you want your picture lighter or darker.  Use (+) for lighter, and (-) for darker.  Go as far to either direction as you need to go to get your photo just right.  It will be helpful when you are taking a picture of something that is primarily lighter or darker than an average scene.

  3. I'm anticipating the answer.  Then I'll be able to get mine together.
