Digital camera with MACRO and APERTURE?

Is there any digital camera which has both MACRO and APERTURE funtions??

Since all DSLR's lenses use aperture controls and they can all be fitted with macro lenses, I will assume that you are referring to a P&S camera.

Most P&S cameras have what is called a close focus setting (usually with a flower on it), but none are really macro because macro implies an image to subject ratio of from 1:1 to 1:2.
