Digital concepts camcorder?

okay i bought a pink Digital Concepts girl video camera. it was included with a package. it included:

*Pink cam

*Instruction Booklet

*The thing where you plug it into the computer

and to download the vids to the internet, you need a CD software. In the instruction booklet, it said "To download, please insert the cd that came with your camera in to the computer." and there was NO cd nonwhatsoever.

If you have the same type of camcorder as me, please help me! I don't know what the CD is called, or what it looks like!

PS: zoe, miracle, sarah and all the other people who get on Yahoo!, i'm srry i didn't tell u about me getting a vid. cam because it doesn't quite WORK, yet. i was going to wait until it started working and then i would have told u....SORRY!

on the package it came in does it say it came with the software?? if it doesn't say it came with it, but say you need it, call the company. try it without the software and see what happens. That is the brand they sell at walmart. if you got it there try exchanging for the same thing.

You should contact the retail store that sold you the camera.

If you bought it off of eBay from a store in Hong kong - there is no way to retrieve the Cd (drivers to be more specific) from the person. Unless you are in contact with the person in question.

The easies thing you could do is to post a picture of the camera (if you can), or look at the box, see what brand it is. Do a google search for the brand and see if they have a website. Drivers (a small piece of "software" that makes it possible for your computer and your peripheral which is your to speak with one another.)

If it is cheap, it probably has **** service. Sorry to say it!
