Digital remastering software?

I recently had my wedding video put onto dvd but it is poor quality & I would like to digitally remaster my dvd. Does anyone know any good software at a reasonable price or even a company that will do this for me, again at a good price.

I don't think there is one, if the quality is poor on the DVD you can not make it better without getting the original copy. Sorry.
