Digital set top box?

I am new to this. I have a new set top box. How do I connect it to cable and free to air, there is only one cable input on the box, OLINDBVT-10? Some kind of double adaptor?

What you need is a 2 to 1 switch. You would have to set the switch every time you wanted to change though.
