Digital tape recorder?

I’m trying to buy digital tape recorder to use in my college class.

I heard there is some digital tape recorder with USB port to see text and hear

Any one know where I can buy this?

I don't think you'll find voice recognition software (so you can read a speech) in a digital recorder, but there are many digital recorders with USB outputs available at Circuit City (link below).
