Digital temperature buttons on upright freezer

Question

I have been given a fairly new upright freezer (whirlpool) I cannot find the model number anywhere apart from these characters "AFG7060". The temperature seem to change every so often and makes a clicking noise and flashes. I have only had this plugged in since yesterday
