Digital to analog converter box hookup

Question

My old analog tv uses a rabbit ears antenna which attaches with screws. The converter box I bought has one coax cable with slip over connectors on each end. The back of the converter box has 2 coax connectors. What type of interface connector do I use to attach the coax cable to the screws on the tv? What type of connector do I use to hook the antenna s***w terminals to the other coax connector on the back of the box?
