We have 5 regular set top boxes and one multi-room DVR box,, and have received a note about the need for set top boxes to enable digital tv when the change comes. Do we need to take any action on our account?

  1. No matter what STB you have will be fine.  The people that need to worry are the ones who still watch TV via the rabbit ears/antenna, also known as analog.  If you have a TV w/o a stb then you would need a digital converter.  Right now Verizon is offering the converters free.  All you would have to do is call and request them.

  2. That only applies to TV's with no set-top boxes, the ones that are tuning the few analog channels directly.
