okey so i'm d**n tired of people stealing my photo's. i was wondering if anyone knows of a program where you are allowed to digitally watermark your pictures for free? i know digimarc is a really good program but the lowest priced version is $79. i can't afford even that & was wondering if anyone could help me out? pretty much what i'm looking for is digimarc, but w/out the price. i can't just use digimarc b/c i need to register it to track my photo's if they are indeed taken. i need something like that program.

  1. No please don't watermark your photos... it's not fair.

Well I believe nothing can be fully secure due to the

screen capture function in many computers.

If your concerned about people printing your work

then try another method for displaying like in a flash player.

  2. You can use adobe photoshop. Put watermarks manually by editing it on photoshop and manipulating the opacity.

  3. If you can afford Photoshop CS3, you can afford Digimark.

If your photos aren't worth enough commercially to afford Digimark, you don't need it.

If you're using a pirated copy of Photoshop to edit your photos and complaining about people stealing them, you're a hypocrite.

Put them on Flickr under Creative Commons and be flattered if people use them. Or sign up with stock photo companies so you can make some money off them.
