Dillon is viewing a submarine which is sinking straight down. At the 1-second mark the submarine is -10 feet from the surface. At the 2 second mark it is -21 feet from the top, and at the 3 second mark it is -32 feet from the surface. At this rate, how many feet from the surface will the submarine be at 6 seconds?

  1. It's descending at 11 feet per second. At 1 sec it was at 10 feet below, 5 seconds later it will be 55 feet deeper so the answer would be 65 feet.
