After you join the group, you can send messages and links to them. Here is how you can join a group:

You'll need to be a member of the group.  Then just post a message (either on the group website or by email) and include the link.  Be sure to include the complete link.  If the link is long, you can get a shorter address using tinyurl.com  Long links can be broken into 2 lines and not be clickable.
