Dimensions of a CD cover?

I am not looking for the actual jewel case dimensions...

I need the dimensions of the inside part, I am designing an EP cover for a band, and need to know.

Both of my Image editing software say that the dimensions of the cover are 121 x 120 mm. This is approx. 428,75 x 425 px.
