Dine at a chefs private table?

Question

I've heard of these restaurants where they will let a couple, or small family eat in the kitchen of the restaurant and have the chef, or one of the chefs cook privately for you.... Does anyone know where one could find one? Money is not a problem, im just not sure where to begin. I know there is one located in the Grand Floridian Resort in Disney World, but other than that i am clueless.

I ate at a table in the kitchen at Buca di Beppo's.  It was fun.
