Diner on the N8?

Last year I stopped at a diner on the N8 en route to dublin. I cannot remember where it was and what it was called.

Any ideas? thanks

could it be the little truck stop diner next to "the rathcormac inn" in rathcormac ( just before fermoy on the way to dublin )
